SMILE FOR YOUR HEALTH



One translation says a cheerful mind works healing and this continues to be confirmed by modern science.
One of the healthiest things you can do is learn to smile more often.
When we smile,it sends a message to our whole body setting a tone for our lives.
Studies tell us when we smile,certain chemicals are released that travel throughout our system,
relaxing us and helping us stay healthy.
Whether you have a reason to smile or not, make up your mind that you are going to smile anyway.
Most of the times my friends and people around me ask me questions like, why do I smile so much,
others call me smiley gal and I almost get the impression that  there is something wrong with smiling so much.
But then I always answer,well, I smile because I’m a happy gal


So then how often do you smile?
Do you smile when your life is sweet and creamy?
Listen dear pal,learn how to laugh,quit being so uptight and stressed out.
A relaxed attitude will not only lengthen your life,it will make it much more enjoyable. Learn to be content no matter what your circumstances are.
It’s through this that you will stay full of joy and happiness.Just as it goes A merry heart does good like a medicine.
